The breakfast was varied with ' health' options and delicious nuts, as for instance, and the team was very friendly and kept the space exceptionally clean. I appreciated the room with an amazing terrace, the bed was comfortable.

Everything was really good, decent location just next door to the museums, Parque del Retiro and the Gran Via, bus stops and metro stops and train station to Toldeo, VERY ENJOYABLE experience. The room they gave us was silent and beautifully maintained with nice bathrooms, a view from the window and a `` window ''. We appreciated it.

Savoury and perfect breakfasts, can't be beat.
Make sure you stay in the quintuple room with toiletries, smaller children on bunk beds, for example. The staff are extremely friendly and the location is particularly good and incredible close to city center.

Fairly clean place, friendly service, excellent staff. Politeness from the whole staff. Variety of food at the breakfast, including fresh fruit and eggs. Incredible location in easy reach of town centre, in the nice quiet area. Again, not far from Prado National Museum.

The staff were particularly helpful, helped with any issues. I was offered a room with nice views of courtyard. The check-in was easy and the atmosphere was contemporary overall.

Nothing too much trouble, we can recommend this hotel to all. The place is pleasant and fairly clean, everything is great, it should have higher than 4 star rating. The breakfast has wonderful and absolutely fantastic options: fresh fruit and eggs. The atmosphere of the property is family!

I had a perfect experience here, everything was really good, the location was unbeatable next to Grand Via and the museums, all the museums and botanical gardens. The continental breakfast included a great selection of meals. Exceptional service, although a few employees were quite busy.
